    Why can't I log in to my email?

    I have had the same email address for several years. Yet, when I enter the same email address, I am unable to read my email...why?

      Does this happen when you try to login? In Yahoo, you don't enter your email address. You just enter your id not your whole email address. Also check to be sure your CapsLock key isn't on. Hope this helps.
