I finally got it deleted off of my MAC if you are referring to MACPROTECTOR I cannot remember how I am not a computer geek but I think I had to go to downloads delete there and also into applications and delete there. Good luck I have only found one good free anti-virus for MAC it is SOPHOVIRUS I think is the name of it and it seems to do okay and I downloaded the free version I do not upgrade to the version that costs.
