I boil the potatoes for a short time. Then I cut them into chips. After that, I line a baking tin with foil and grease it with oil, before you do all this please turn the oven on high, then place the potato chips onto the foil and bake in the oven until brown. Yum! Less fat too.

Good new clean oil deep fryer soon as they are done put a couple of papertowels on a plate get them out of the hot oil and the paper towels will absorb the extra grease and always use fresh potatoes. Real potatoes make better fresh tasting good fries than the pre-packaged kind.
