in the usa in 2008 the average high shcool dropout rate in the 50th biggest cities was nearly 50% and that was 3 years ago. what scares me this is the future of america. where all the doctors, lawers ,engeineers... going to come from. chemistry class is now smoking a joint behind the sub shop.is gym class now a student running from the law. mathamatics is being taught in the pool halls!!
