      Try this, it may work. Click on windows logo (bottom left of screen) then click on to your computer name (personal folder) and see if a "my documents" folder is listed.

        * Search for a document you know was there

        * Go to that folder

        * Create a shortcut for that folder

          You can restore your Pc to an earlier date when the document was still on it.
