Please note that as this is an extremely long range flight the time taken can vary considerably due to weather conditions en-route. For example the Virgin flight VS251 PVG/LHR of 22/10/08 took 13 hours and 6 minutes as it battled against eastbound jetstreams over Siberia and Mongolia. This compared to the 10 hours 43 minutes it took for the same aircraft G-VWIN to reach Shanghai from London on the outbound sector earlier that day.
