      Steam and a scraper, or else your local home supply or hardware store has chemicals that will do the job. It is very messy, and the chemicals can be very hazardous to your respiratory system, so make sure you have plenty of ventilation.

        I found vinager and warm water, put it on heavy and let soak for a few minutes, then scrape
