    i have been legally separated for over a year from my husband and he claimed me on his taxes allthough he hasnt supported me or have we lived together. how can he do that legally?

    If he's not supporting you, he can't. Report him to the IRS. They use to give rewards for reporting cheats but I don't know if they still do. He can really mess you up if you claim yourself on your own taxes.
