      3 Answers

      2 parts cayenne pepper
      3 parts dry mustard
      5 parts flour

      Simply mix together and sprinkle.

        I've seen a sonic/solar device advertised on t.v. that's supposed to keep unwanted critters away from your garbage or garden, I don't know it it works though.

        My dad used "Cat Explode," once and that was enough to keep the rest of the cats out of the garden for years.
