Where can I locate the Windows Content Advisor on my computer so that I can turn it off?

Every time I attempt to access the Internet it pops up and I have to type in my password before it will allow me to open any website.

Follow the steps below to disable the Content Advisor.
    1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.

    2. Click the Content tab, and click the Disable button.

    3. In the Password box, type your supervisor password, and click OK.
All users will once again have free access to all sites.

The only thing I can think of
    .
Is to use your password but I guess you have already done that one
    .
You can Google Search "Windows Password Recovery Tool 3.0"
    .
Depending the computer, it probably came with a CD or DVD for restoring the computer
    .
You boot from that disk and it will do the rest.
