    If you have packages of tile which will cover an area 12x12, how many packages would it take to cover 10x24 area?

    I want to tile my livingroom floor its 10x24, the packages of stick down tiles come in coverage area of 12x12, How many do I need?

      1 pack + 2/3 of second pack (i.e. 96 tiles from pack 2)

        Did you allow for cutting? If not I don't think it matters since 2 full packs will be needed anyway, and spares are always useful.
