No, but "clinic" can cover almost anything. You would have to be a qualified, registered doctor to practise medicene, even privately.
I think reputable "alternative medicene" advisors have qualifications, but a lot don't. Neither do all reflexologists etc, though many will have done courses.
I suppose if you have plenty of money to invest you could OWN a private clinic of any sort but you would have to employ qualified doctors and nurses for that sort of health care.
