        I'm not following you. What does this mean?

        "the message was to change ????in mail program."

        Please take the time to explain to me why it is you can not send a message. By you title here, does that mean you can't find your e-mail program at all? What e-mail do you use?

            AOL..Before, I could send attachments but now, I cant.I think for some reason my grandson changed ,Protocol:smptPort25 and I have to change it to SMY.AOL.com port587...and I cant even find the mail program to change it.. Sorry!I really wasnt watching what was happening on the screen........... ..

              No,I only wanted to send picture with a message and the message was to change ????in mail program..I have been unable to do this since Grandson used it
