    Why has bilingual labeling been foisted upon us, when did it actually happen, and who did the foisting?

    Mostly Spanish. We do have a large Latino community here. It's purely marketing. I have an issue with being able to take your written exam for your drivers license in another language. Never seen a Chinese stop sign or "road ends in 200 feet" in French. Hope the french guy wasn't going 65.
