    all of the employees at R J Vann Mechanical Corp located in Fort Myers Florida, has not gotten a pay check for 2 weeks and Friday will be the 3rd week how do we get our pay checks please help us...

        Sounds to me like the company plans on folding and doesn't plan on letting its employees know whats about to happen in order to cut their losses. This isn't good.

          Get all of the employees to stop working until you get paid.
