Depending on the manufacturer, you can disassemble and remove the 'reedbar' you can run hot water over it 'gently'-- I have also heard of harp musicians putting the reed bar in boiling water for a minute or so.. do not wipe dry as you might bend the reeds, just lay it on a paper towel and allow it to dry.. reinsert and you're good to go..
