    how do you put the bolts on a new axle shaft?

    just got a new axle shaft but how do i get the threaded long bolt things in to the axle?

      If you haven't got the axel in the rear end housing yet take your new wheel studs(bolts)and line up the splines up on the stud with the splines in the axel and just pound them in from the back side of the axel with a big hammer until the head of the bolt is all the way in.
