To add a handwritten signature to your PDF files, you need to scan in your handwritten signature and save it as a digital image file. In Acrobat Reader convert that image file into a stamp. Do this by going to Tools > Commenting > Stamps > Create Custom Stamps. Once you've created your custom stamp, apply this tool on the signature line in your PDF file and save it.
