      I depends where you live. In Singapore they add cockroackes. At one time they even ran out of them and asked if anyone in Sri Lanka could export them to Singapore.

            I like to use a blender, i pour some milk into it and about 3 eggs for me, blend it for about three minutes, this will make it really fluffy, you can add the other ingredients after you pour to your omlette pan. Flipping over takes practice, gotta do it at the right time with the right heat setting..

            Also! I like to add a little pancake batter to the mix, this makes it fluffy and with more texture..
