I have got an account at https://www.caloriecount.about.com and have lost 7 pounds in a month. Not fast, but the logging of everything I eat is helping me to realize what foods are worth. It helps me to choose more wisely and carefully, which I am hoping to make a lifetime habit. I want to also start moving more because there are more benefits than just weightloss!
