The Canon PIXMA MP510 all-in-one printer has an optional wireless connection. Meaning, you need to buy a a bluetooth adapter to print wirelessly from cell phones and PDAs with bluetooth features. It's unclear whether the adapter is strong enough to print from bluetooth enables computers. There's also something called Silex Wireless Print Server that is compatible with Window systems only.
