      Definitely the Dominican Republic.
      Got some great deals on Cuban Cigars.
      Sealed, unopened, cellophane wrapped boxes of REAL CUBANS.

      Coughed and hacked the whole vacation. Good ones. ;)

        Bargaining works in every country, but the most prevelant is probably Mexico. They get offended if you don't.
