If I understand you correctly, It sounds as though you are considering changing the time of day you received a ticket in order to lower or dismiss a fine. I don't see how changing a time will offer you a lesser fine unless possibley you were parked downtown or at a school zone during designated non parking times and you change them. Changing the times here would probably get you out of a ticket. BUT.............You need to do some serious soul searching and ask yourself is it really worth it to lie to the authorities? What if they figure out what you have done and you then are fined even more or go to jail. Is this worth it? Besides, in a few years this will all be water under the bridge. So please just accept what has happened and don't take a chance of making it worse.
