First do you have a hot mail account ??? If so try edit in the tools section select prefferences make hot mail home page . When it comes up select sign in enter your password and user name ,this should let you in ,if you are the only one on the computer choose rember me.If the computer asks you choose rember pass word,just in case you forget. Be sure to sign out as this will close the door. Other wise you leave the door on hot mail wide open to any one
