      Go to en.wikipedia.org and type in sheep's-milk cheeses. You will see a list of the names from A to P. The name depends on where the cheese comes from. Sheep cheese from Spain is called Burgos,Bureba, or Patademulo. If it comes from Italy it is named Pecorino.
