        If its not a compound fracture there isn't very much you can do about it but try to keep it stable. Being the middle toe this can easily be done by wrapping surgical tape across your toes. Be careful not to restrict blood flow.
        It will hurt for a while but will eventually heal.

          if you should happen to break any bone, it would be extremely painful. if there's no pain more than likely its not broken.
