I had a dream that the sydney harbour bridge (Sydney Australia) was blown up and...

and there was war in Sydney. (Tanks in the streets). A plane then took my partner and I to a new world, the colors were pinks, purples, lavenders. What does this mean??

You do not tell us the "story" here. But, we do have few things to go by.

You open by commenting on the Sydney Bridge being blown up. Brides signify something that you are going through. Something you must get passed or something you have to get over. Either way, it is known as a transitory state of mind. However, as it is blown up, it is a change from the things you know you must endure. Rather, something you no longer harbor.

Again, you do not present the dream's "story", so we cannot tell where you are in this perspective.

I do agree with Doublehelix, here, about the war. Because war is definitely turmoil and conflict. it is the means of chaos in one's life. Yet, there is no way to tell here, how this got started.

Dream mentions you and your partner. You talk about a plane here. Planes are not used to get someone down the street. This indicates something that will take some time to arrive at.

so where are you going here????

Dream says: new world. This shows that you are looking for a new life. A sort of freedom that will allow you to express the person found in the colors portrayed in the dream. These colors are very feminine: pink, purples and lavenders they express feelings about where you would like to be in life. But, again, it's going to take some time for you and your partner to get there.

Unless, of course, you actuall stepped foot into the place. If so, the dream says you are where and with whom, you would like to be.

War
