Not all states require a blood test for a marriage license. Texas is excluded.

How can you tell she is voting down other peoples answers? I must be missing something because I thought I can only see the names of the people who vote me up or down and not when someone votes someone else up or down.

Not to start a war and not to hijack this thread but... Does this law also pertain to lesbian and gay marriages?? I mean like obviously they can not have children so why would it mandatory??
