    has a vehicle that needs to be removed from property asap due to citation or will be fined. Property has been foreclosed since mother-in-law passed away. No paperwork or registration to be found for vehicle and cannot get any info for who is the registered owner for its confidential per DMV...

        Get the VIN off of the vehicle, normally by the windshield. Take it to the DMV and they will be able to give you the owner info, and a copy of the registration.
