You may have to change the removable drive's letter. Sometimes using the same drive letter on different devices causes the computer to not recognize some of them.
Change the removeable drive's letter by right-clicking on "My Computer" and then clicking on "manage" and then clicking on "disk management". In disk management you'll find your removable drive. Right-click on in and choose "change drive letter and paths".
Change the drives letter to a letter you rarely see as a drive letter.
