It's just somebody's way of saying to you that they think your own life sucks or that they disagree with you (generally it means they are really the stupid one!) I think it's a really rude comment irregardless of what it means to the "sayee". I believe it makes the person who states the statement is a jerk to begin with thus, it means not too much and something to disregard hearing from an obvious insecure person him/her self! After all, we all have "life" if we are so blessed as to realize it!
