      It's illegal in a lot of states to talk on the phone while driving unless you are using a hands free device like an ear bud or blue tooth ear piece.


      Why can state troopers dive 90 mph on the highway and ride your bumper til you move?

          Yes it is unfortunately. When they put on that badge&gun many of them think they R God. They will do things that civilians can't. Everything is justified in their opinion by saying it was "official police business" even though we know it wasn't. It really pisses me off when I see a cop flash his emergency lights at an intersection, then go through the light and turn them off!
