      IF you mean putting the fishing line on a reel yourself it's tough, you have to keep a certain amount of pressure on the wheel of line, to make sure it is tight enough on the spool on your rod. It's best to have someone put a pencil through the middle of the line wheel and have them put a little tension on it.
