      Not going to happen unless you have a friend who really likes you and knows all about computers. You can get free ideas in how to fix it yourself if you look on line for answers to the problems you're having.

          re-install the whole program and start clean. save all your files you want first to a disc or flash drive and re-install after you've done the program.
