You poke it down the eye of you thingo with a knitting needle or sharp stick. When you have sexual intercourse, and you finish you pull out really fast. The condom which has been deposited by you inside your partner bounces off her insides and back out thus preventing a pregnancy. You have to pull out really quickly or else the condom will fly back up you thingo and you will get pregnant.
I would pay good money to see this.
