      oooooph. oooooph. well, wmmccormick66 the one sure way to get over morning sickness is have that baby! i swear i had morning sickness when i was in labor. popcycles and watermelon helped. i carried my watermelon back and forth to work. the work freezer was stuffed with popcycles.
      oh but CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy.

        Do not take over the counter medications. Your health care provier can give you advise on what is acceptable.

          I had morning sickness all day four years ago with my last baby,I tried over the counter vitamins and crackers,nothing worked, so I laid lethargically on the couch for 4 months.:/ I hope you feel better soon,congrats!!
