Start simple.
Download malwarebytes (the free version) from http://www.malwarebytes,org. Install, make sure you do the update and then do a full scan.
Next, download Avast free anti-virus from http://www.avast.com and get it installed. Do a full scan.
Between the 2 that should kill off your bugs.....
