    Contact your personal care doctor. It could be a pinched nerve or it could be a disassociated pain meaning you're feeling pain in one area that's being caused by something in another part of your body. If the pain worsens and the ibuprofen no longer helps or if the pain lasts more than 2 days, see your doctor or go to the emergency room. Your health should be more important to you than to solicit advice from unknowns on the internet. I'm not a doctor but I could play one on the internet and you'd never know.

      could be shingles? or any left side chest pain ?could be heart attact --straight to hospital you should go
