are you talking about your password to start window's operating system?

If so, I am not too sure but back in the old days, we would open the case, pull the cmos battery for about 10 minutes and then reinstall and the password would be cleared.

I'm sure this same method would work today but new windows platforms are much more sophisticated, there's probably a hidden command there somewhere. You might need to contact MS support.
