I would check the trash bin.If you use a lap top any pressure on the top will make strange things happen like having a demon in side .If you moved the cursor over the empty choice its gone Bye Bye .Also look in the deleted folders ,there are only two things in play here it has either been moved or its gone .When you have removed the possibilty of its relocation from the formula then you arrive at the only other solution possible its GONE.
