Can I get pregnant with my tubes tied?

Only if you get them "untied" however, nowadays (as it has been now for many years) your OB/GYN will generally cauterize them and remove a section instead of tying as tying sometimes could become "undone". Removing a section would cause the sperm to have to pole-vault, a sport they were not good at!

I don't believe so. Most modern day tubal ligation's are more than tie of the fallopian tubes. All in modern day medicine are carried out by cutting the tubes, tieing them off, and burning the ends so that the egg has absolutely no way of traveling from the ovaries to the uterus.
