usually I'm at the wrong end of the table to get things in the order I want them...but ideally: hamburger first, then grated cheese (so it melts a bit from the warm meat!), lettuce and veggies, salsa and sour cream! Yum! makes me want to go make one!! Oh yeah...fold one side over, then the bottom then the other side!!
