    how do i sell antiques

    eBay, Craigslist, local auction, yard sale (tag sale, garage sale), antiques shop ad in newspaper.
    You might want to look for a specialist that knows what you have before throwing it to the wolves though, you should get an appraisal on your antiques. Unless you're talking old junk like washing machines and briggs & Stratton lawnmower engines.

    I have a very worthy collection of German Dresden porcelains-- They were passed down by my father, I thought they were just 'nic-nacs'.. Fortunately I contacted an appraiser to look them over, they are worth a fortune.. I have several large and small pieces, they are around 125 years old and beautiful.
