    where is the pvc valve on my 2000 Ford Ranger?

    I'm no mechanic but I think its on the valve cover.. At least it used to be..
    Well I know what a PCV valve is but you have me stumped with PVC, poly vinyl chloride does not equate to a motor. On the other hand a positive crankcase ventilation valve does.
    On my Ford Falcon sedan the PCV valve is atop the rocker cover only a couple of inches,50mm from the front. I am a simple Aussie so I hope this helps with the correct name if nothing else.
