    Yes.

I'm just glad you're not married to me.

"For richer for poorer"... would you divorce a lottery winner?

The next bit is "In sickness and in health."

This man has abused and used me for years....I loved him desparetly.....now this on top for the last 10 years and he is still horrible, except, he does not hit anymore. No friends, family cause no one can stand to be around him. He is a total selfish, pity party. Thank you, though, for responding. I have been told by attorney's that a judge would not grant me a divorce, now, because of the M.S., but all the previous abuse might sway him. When I took my vows I did not hear anything about physical, mental and just childish abuse.

You have a good point, the mental cruelty and irreconcilable differences, should be enough, sorry you had to go through such a terrible relationship.
Yes you can... I hope there are other problems other rhan the illness... But some ppl are not cut out to be care givers.
I can't see why not but it is sad if you are divorcing them because of disability.I have a friend who has this awful illness he is in a home now and often does not know his wife.It must be a very difficult decision.Best wishes to you.
