You can resize your digital photos on a photo edition program if you have it.
Say Photoshop: Open the image. Go to Image > Image Size > change the Width and Height measurements in the Document Size boxes. Click OK. Save the file.
If you don't have a photo edition program, take the digital files (or even the printed pictures, or the roll of film) to a photo shop. They'll change the size for you there (develop the film to the right size pictures / scan and resize the printed pictures you hand in / print the digital files from the cd or flash drive in the correct size).
