To flip an image in Photoshop: While the picture is open, go to Image > Rotate Canvas > Flip Canvas Horizontal.
To flip an image in a picture viewer program, like Preview: While the picture is open, go to Tools > Flip Horizontal.
Other editing or viewing programs have the same basic command.
