Of course, most people associate the Rolex GMT-Master with a blue and red "Pepsi" bezel. The "Pepsi" is for sure great and as iconic as it gets as far as the history of Rolex goes. But this is why I am now convinced that this black bezel/black dial in a steel and gold case is a sleeper choice. It's not obvious that it is a GMT-Master at first, and that's what I like about link this watch. It somehow has transformed itself into link something else – perhaps a dressier cousin of link the "Pepsi."
