It depends from whom you ordered them, and where you live.

Some companies are sympathetic.

Some countries have a statutary "cooling off" period...

Much more information required... but whatever you do, do it quickly.

Returning the goods is another possibility. Same questions apply regarding country and company, as to whether this will cost you alot and whether you would get a full refund... as money back or a credit against another order...
