Originally established as a subsidiary of Chery Automobile, it later became majority-owned by the Yibin Municipal Government in Sichuan Province while retaining Chery’s technical support. The company designs and produces a range of vehicles including SUVs, sedans, and electric models, with production facilities located in Yibin and an annual capacity of up to 250,000 units.
